° 1 cup hot water
°2 large eggs, room temperature
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° Swiss chocolate
+Butter meringue cream:
°5 large egg whites
°1 12 cups granulated sugar
°1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
°8 oz good quality dark chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled
