Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops


Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Seafood:
Peel and devein the lobster tails, cutting them lengthwise to expose the meat.
Pat the lobster tails and scallops dry with a paper towel to ensure a perfect sear.


2️⃣ Cook the Lobster and Scallops:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add lobster tails to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until the meat is opaque and tender. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sear the scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt an additional 1 tbsp butter in the skillet if needed.
Stir in paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 1 minute to combine flavors.


4️⃣ Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked lobster and scallops to the skillet.
Toss them gently in the garlic butter sauce, heating for 1–2 minutes until evenly coated and warmed through.


5️⃣ Garnish and Enjoy:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
