° 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

Sauce ingredients:
° 1/2 butter.
° 1/4 cup additional olive oil.
° 1 finely chopped garlic clove, about 1/2 tbsp.
° 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
° 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
° 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest.
° 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion slices.
° 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
° 1/3 teaspoon of red pepper.
