Instructions:
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add the sliced steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add the red bell pepper, yellow onion, and mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry until the sauce has thickened and the noodles are well coated, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked steak and green onions.
- Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
