Big Boy’s Strawberry Tart
If you are lucky, you live in an area of the United States where you can actually go to a Big Boy restaurant. Many of us are not lucky enough to live in an area where you can eat one of those delicious fresh strawberry tarts. But you can make one very easily at home.
INGREDIENTS
2 T cornstarch
1 c sugar
1 c water
1/2 pkg strawberry gelatin
strawberries
9 ” pie shell, baked & cooled
chipped topping
