Directions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Add Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Step 4: Combine Pasta, Shrimp, and Spinach

  1. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and spinach to the skillet.
  2. Toss to coat in the sauce and cook 1-2 minutes until spinach is wilted.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Serve
