Directions:

Stir in the taco seasoning and tomato sauce, cooking for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Reduce the heat and mix in the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet, tossing until the pasta is evenly coated and the cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
