* Coconut Milk Rice:
° 100 g long-grain rice
° ½ cup sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 500 ml coconut milk
° 200 ml liquid milk
° Mango slices to serving
* How to make coconut milk rice:
Rinse the rice well, then drain it.
Put the rice in a pot over the stove with the liquid milk, coconut milk, vanilla and sugar, and stir the mixture.
Leave the mixture to boil, stirring every once in a while.
Reduce the heat to very quiet and leave the pot on the stove for an hour, stirring every once in a while.
Spread in cups and garnish with mango slices and leave until cool, then serve.
