Ingredients

For the Beef

1 lb (450 g) ground beef
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Special Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
½ tsp paprika

For the Wraps

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced pickles
½ cup diced onions

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook until browned while breaking the meat apart.

Drain excess grease and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl mix:

  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup
  • pickle relish
  • mustard
  • paprika

Whisk until smooth and creamy.

3. Assemble the Wraps

Warm tortillas slightly so they are soft.

Add shredded cheese to the center of each tortilla.

Top with cooked beef, lettuce, diced pickles, and onions.

Drizzle the special sauce over the filling.

4. Wrap and Toast

Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.

Toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
