Smothered Hamburger Steak

*Ingredients:
° 2 eggs

° 1 can cream onion soup

° 1 water

° 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

° ½ onion, chopped

° 2 kilos lean beef

° 1 teaspoon garlic powder

° Salt and pepper to taste

° ½ t Italian seasoning

° 2 tranches of bread, finely diced


*Instructions


FIRST STEP:

In bowl, scramble eggs

Blending broth powder, onion & salt & pepper

SECOND STEP:

Soak the bread with

inside the liquid

Add the beef to the bowl, kneading the combination together along with your arms till nicely blended

THIRD STEP:

Shape the beef combination into eight equal sized patties

Place the patties in a pan and cook for four mins on every side

FOURTH STEP:

Remove from pan and set apart for some mins

In the equal skillet, upload the soup mix, water and Worcestershire sauce and blend nicely

FIFTH STEP:

Return the patties to the pan, decrease the warmth to simmer, cowl the pan and simmer for 30 mins

Remove from the warmth and permit stand for five mins. Serve with sauce on pinnacle of the steak.
