- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs

- 1 cup pecan halves

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the pecan halves until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Serve the pie chilled or at room temperature, topped with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
