lobster crab and shrimp macaroni and cheese

This Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp Mac and cheese can be served as a main course or as a side dish with a good steak. Although my husband insists that Mac and Cheese should not be served as a main course, this exception is his opinion. He is convinced that the exception to the rule exists because of its complexity and inclusion of seafood!

This is a dish I’ve served at dinner parties. My guests love it!

This Mac and Cheese is rich and flavorful. I like to serve it with simple and light sides. A salad, green beans, roasted asparagus, and roasted tomatoes are all great accompaniments.
Enjoy!
