Instructions
1. Caramelize the Onions
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add butter and 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add sliced onions and stir frequently. Cook low and slow for 30 minutes, adjusting heat to prevent burning.
2. Prepare and Cook the Steak
- In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine steak strips, oregano, Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
