Looking for a hearty and delicious dinner? Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells are a mouthwatering combination of Philly cheesesteak flavors packed inside giant pasta shells and topped with melted cheese. Perfect for a comforting weeknight meal or to impress at your next dinner party!

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese, for topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping

Start by boiling the jumbo pasta shells according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ribeye steak until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted and fully combined. Add the provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese to the mixture, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy.

Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the cheesesteak filling and place them in a baking dish. Continue until all shells are stuffed.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place the stuffed shells on top, and cover them with the remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Allow the shells to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal!
