Classic Greek Salad – A Refreshing Taste of Greece

  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1. Prep the Vegetables (5 minutes)
Start by slicing the cucumbers and red onion, then halve the cherry tomatoes. Cube the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces, making sure each chunk is coated in flavor.

2. Assemble the Salad (3 minutes)
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, Kalamata olives, and green olives. Add the cubed feta cheese to the mix for that signature Greek flavor.

3. Season and Dress (2 minutes)
Sprinkle the salad with dried oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, tossing gently to combine all the flavors.
