
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
Pour half of the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top, spreading it evenly. Pour the remaining banana bread batter over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
