1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, for decorating
