Ingredients
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3/4 c Domino brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1 1/2 tsp McCormick vanilla extract
1 1/4 c Planters peanuts, finely chopped, optional
Instructions
Mix above ingredients together with an electric mixer.
Spoon caramel dip into a serving bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Slice your favorite apples and treat them with fresh fruit, or dip them into lemon juice, to keep them from turning brown.
