INGREDIENTS
1 kg of wheat flour
100 ml of oil
1 glass of milk
1 glass of water
1 egg
1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 packages of yeast of 15 g each
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat all the ingredients in the blender and add the flour, mix well. To knead the dough you can drop it on the table.
After the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal parts. Unroll each of these pieces and cut them into 9 pieces.
Put a slice of ham, another of mozzarella cheese and roll up the bread. Then you can brush it with egg yolk or even sweetened coffee and put oregano on top. Let it rise again and cook at 200°.
