Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen steak fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Bake the fries for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Remove the fries from the oven and top them with the cooked shrimp, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and chopped bacon.
- Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy your loaded shrimp and steak fries!
