Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Place a large nonstick skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the peppers and onion, then sauté until soft.
Add the garlic powder and seasoned salt, then stir until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it evenly to the bottom.
In the empty skillet, add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the mushrooms, then sauté for a few minutes until soft. Transfer into the baking dish.
Lay the provolone cheese over the mushrooms.
Add heavy cream, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs into a large bowl. Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture over the cheese and spread it evenly.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 33 to 35 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
