Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole Dinner

Ingredients

1 32 oz bag hash browns defrosted
14 oz kielbasa thawed and cut into small pieces
1 small onion diced
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (I used a mix of monterey jack and cheddar)
10.5 oz can cream of chicken
1 cup milk

Instructions

1. Combine hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese in a greased crock pot.

2. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken and milk. Pour over hash brown mix.

3. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

4. Cook on high for 3 hours.

Simple recipes are my favorite, and making a crock pot recipe is a perfect way to accomplish that. Everyone enjoys a yummy dinner at the end of the night and I don’t have to sit in the kitchen cooking dinner after a long day.
