
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pie crusts and use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut out circles of dough. You should be able to get 12-15 circles out of each crust.
Place a spoonful of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle.
Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges together to seal.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Brush each pie bite with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place the pie bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
