
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, heat the caramels and heavy cream over low heat until the caramels are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Using a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the caramel mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Place a pecan half on top of each caramel.
In a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips.
Spoon a dollop of melted chocolate over each pecan and caramel.
Refrigerate the Turtles for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
Serve and enjoy!
These Turtles are best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and will keep fresh for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
