
Chicken and Avocado Quesadillas using those six ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup salsa verde
2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
Add the chicken, avocado, cilantro, and salsa verde on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the filling.
Top with the second tortilla.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
Slice the quesadilla into wedges and serve immediately.
