Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.

Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the top of the cooled bread.
