
Preparation
1. First we prepare the doughnut dough by heating the milk in the microwave it must be warm. Pour the milk in a large container with the yeast and add the oil and sugar to the container, mix everything well and then add the flour and salt, mix everything until incorporated.
2. A more liquid dough will form, we use a mixer to knead for about 10 minutes at medium speed. We roll in a greasy fountain and cover with a damp rag. We let it marinate for about 30 to 60 minutes, it has to double the size.
3. Move the dough to a surface covered lightly with flour and stretch it with your hands. We cut a circular shape using a mold. We heat a lot of oil and fry the donuts in it. We just need a couple of minutes for the dough to cook.
4. For the filling, beat the eggs in a medium bowl, add the cornstarch and glas sugar; mix until you get a smooth preparation. Add warm milk to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
5. Bring the mixture to the fire and stir constantly. Once the mixture thickens, remove from the fire and continue to stir. We added La Villita margarine and vanilla extract.
6. We stuff the donuts with a thin sleeve and sprinkle with impalpable sugar for the finishing touch.
