- 2 1/4 cups Graham cracker crumbs
Dairy:
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
- 10 tbsp Butter, unsalted, room temperature
- 12 oz Cream cheese, room temperature

- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, and the egg, and beat until well combined. Stir in the flour and corn starch.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Top with the apple mixture.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the oats, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Cut in the remaining 10 tbsp of unsalted butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
- Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before serving. Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce over the top. It’s perfect for fall and holiday season, it’s sure to be a hit with family and friends.
