California Spaghetti SalaD

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, dried basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
  6. Serve the salad cold and enjoy!

Note: You can add any other ingredients of your choice such as cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, green onions and or any protein such as chicken or shrimp.
