Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, dried basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
- Serve the salad cold and enjoy!
Note: You can add any other ingredients of your choice such as cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, green onions and or any protein such as chicken or shrimp.
