Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Using a teaspoon or cookie scoop, shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a fork to press down lightly on each cookie to flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once the cookies are cool, dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
